Use the app's import action to choose files or an image folder from Files. ComicStow supports CBZ/ZIP, CBR/RAR, PDF, EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, and image folders. It is designed for comics and image-based books; compatibility depends on the document's contents. DRM-protected books and encrypted comic archives are not supported.

Imported comics and downloaded chapters can be read offline. Browsing an online source, downloading new chapters, and installing or updating sources require a connection.

Move a comic into the Private Library to make its tab appear. Unlock with the method you configure: Face ID, a PIN, or a pattern. Keep a separate backup of files you cannot replace.

Use Backup & Restore in Settings to export a library backup. Keep the backup in a location you control, then import it on the other iPhone. Keep the original library until you have checked that the restore completed.

A fresh install contains no online sources. Sources appear after you explicitly install a signed source repository using its Add to ComicStow link. You can check for updates or remove installed sources in Settings. Third-party websites control their content and availability. Access only material you are authorized to use.

For a file, tell us its format and approximate size and whether another reader can open it. For an online source, include its name and the failing step, such as browsing or opening a chapter. You can share diagnostics from Settings → Logs after reviewing their contents.
